We are actively involved with sourcing and training of black apprentices in our workshops as well as in the sales and management divisions. Black empowerment partners have been identified and we are in the final stages of a black empowerment deal for one of our branches. Should this be successful this will be the first step in our overall plans to black empower all of our branches and to empower the black staff, many of whom have been with the company for long periods of time.
